About

Lisa Mead R.N., M.S.

Throughout my career, I have led individuals to great personal achievements. I have a passion for helping people realize their potential and help them transition into the life they have always wanted. My colleagues have realized inspiring transitions and credit me for motivating them to realize personal success. I have a positive, contagious energy that will motivate and challenge you as I guide you through real life examples, humor and easy-to-implement tools.

I started my career as a nurse in 1984 and have subsequently worked in many roles within the health care industry. By the age of 25 I was leading a branch for a national staffing agency and built the Phoenix branch into a role model site. My last position was as a C –level suite executive for a large group practice with over 300 staff members. Over my career I have been known for my “Energizer Bunny” persistence and have been responsible for numerous record-breaking results while balancing a personal life, marriage and raising two children. I started Inspiring Transitions to help people with career choices, personal development, health and wellness transformations, finance management, leadership development and to focus on creating the life you want.

I wanted to create a community for others to find resources and a place to create a happy, and deep, lasting satisfaction in life. I work with individuals as well as groups. I work in person, via phone and through the internet and am accepting clients across the U.S. and Canada.

Inspiring Transitions Mission

To help you realize inspiring transitions throughout your life. Our goal is to provide an inspiring community so you can create the life you want.

Philosophy

Inspiring Transitions is a life management and personal leadership development service focused purely on the requirements and goals of our clients.
Our philosophy is based on a simple set of values:
Caring – Our services are designed to provide concern and empathy for others.
People – Each person has something to teach me, when I take the time to listen and observe without judgment. People also give me the opportunity to care and support others.
Empowerment – Empowering ourselves and others assists us in realizing all our possibilities.

  • Access your voice
  • Heal
  • Feel well
  • Feel your connection to a world large that yourself
  • Get to know yourself
  • Fill your spirit
  • Release emotions
  • Access your heart’s intelligence
  • Uncover and confront your values
  • Tell the truth
  • Relieve stress

Listening to our inherent wisdom draws us toward wholeness and health. And as the body and mind address and integrate what you’ve been resisting and release blocks and obstacles, you become free to soar. In this process, you let go of limiting perceptions that block even greater self trust and confidence, open your heart, your passion, and your attention to your inner being and a wisdom that is always there, but not always tapped. From this space, as you live from your inner being, and include all parts of yourself, shifts then take place that unlock areas where you have been stuck and allow for greater joy.
